What You'll Learn
Children We learn the basics of pole dance in a playful way. Some classes are taught in English.
Beginners start with foundational spins, basic climbs, and building strength safely. I focus on proper technique and injury prevention from day one.
Intermediate students work on combinations, inversions, and developing flow between moves. We'll also start exploring your personal style.
Advanced dancers refine complex tricks, work on flexibility, and create choreographed routines. I can help prepare you for competitions or performances.
